Pay - will depend on the number of flights you have and how many hours you work for those routes Schedule - Flights are assigned through a bidding process for all flight attendants and are assigned by a seniority system. Read the job description on the Delta web site, then ask the H.R. person all the questions you have about the job for more specific information.
