Can i go standby before the date of my scheduled flight?

can i go standby three days before my scheduled flight with delta airlines....and is it free?

1. I would call Delta and try to get it free anyway - sometimes that will work Change Fees Based on the fare rules, you may have to pay a service fee and/or a difference in fare.
