- Well you would find it under the airlne's career section. https://delta.greatjob.net/jobs/JobSelectRequestAction.action;jsessionid=BDA527AE6E0E8D8C908E8A746C07A34F?PSUID=d7be680b-8183-41a0-b098-d96cbca8697c Currently Delta, along with United, American, and Continental are not hiring flight attendants. I didn't check US Airways, but I'm sure they are in the same position. Now is not a good time to apply for flight crews. All of the legacy airlines are laying off flight attendants to shed costs in this economy. I've been a flight attendant before. It's easier to get hired on with the airline in a different capacity first, and then try to transfer to in-flight once those positions open up. It's easier to do it that way. All airlines post those highly coveted positions online first before they release them to the public.
- Maybe you could consider being an Air Marshal. Its a government job and the pay is good. I've only seen men,but I'm sure that they take women also. They fly around on the planes, and are basically there to make sure that nothing goes wrong. A job with an airline as a flight attendant would be a slow process, because it is a tense time for airlines, and they have enough employees than they need, and are asking them to take leaves....So in essence, new hires are not needed with the big ones. I work for company with a merger going on,and its been a painful process. Consider Jet Blue,Air Tran.(go to their websites, and look for career section) Good luck!
