Delta Fares

DELTA AIRLINE traveling question?

so me n my mom are traveling from Houston to NY then to KUWAIT from kuwait airline,but we are checking in our bags at delta .... does delta airline charge anything for baggage? i know its no more then 50LBs i want to know how many bags can i take & what are the charges if there are any?

2. I've been on delta airlines once and I had a terrible experience.
