Delta Fares

Which is a better airline- American or Delta?

I like Delta better, but I wonder if I have been blind- give me feedback. Yeah I might agree with you guys because delta had free first checked bag, but then it changed to 15- still, I don't know Also to add on, why are they better- and don't say because it is better.

1. i like american better than delta and united above both thats just me ella edit - hell yah! air canada kicks as* :) edit - delta for me, their service was terrible. i also found the flight attendants to always be snippy. now i do know that it depends on the flight itself, but still it was on more than several occasions. american airlines, their attendants were always so polite. they lost my luggage a couple times but they always got it to me and they paid for the shipping. united airlines, their service is OUTSTANDING, they bend over backwards for you. last summer [08] i was coming home from africa and when i boarded my flight in Dallas to fly home to Toronto, CA [dallas was one of my layovers] my mom bumped me up to first class. on that flight there was a fight between one of the attendants and the personelle on the ground i forget for what reasons, anyways everyone in first class was given a free domestic roundtrip in the US on them. everyone in ecomony got 15% off their next flight or had the option to adding so many miles to their rewards program. definetly outstanding, the way they treat their customers is amazing. i forever trust this company and will always fly with them as long as i have the choice :)
2. I like american airlines . but prefer continental / air canada over both.
3. i like Delta so i go for Delta
4. I prefer Delta over American. As for people saying the flight attendants are rude, I have had good experiences with the Delta Airlines flight attendants and also encountered really rude flight attendants. It is the same with most if not all the legacy carriers. I would not say the service on Delta is a lot better than American. They are all about the same.
