Delta Fares

I would like to know if would be possible to sue Delta Airline?

I went 4 times from USA to Brazil, all 4 I had to go 24hours after the day I bought, first because of weather, second because the plane that suppose to come from Atlanta never showed up (I missed my connection flight), third they change time and they did not notify me, I lost the flight. Can I do something about that?

1. no, you didnt learn the first time? Delta stinks. Times and gates change all the time but its not worth suing over.
2. did you give them a phone number where they could reach you/leave a message about the time change? you'd be surprised how many people don't/won't do that...how are they supposed to notify you? I've gotten several messages on my cell phone when there's been a schedule change....
3. when i went to school my teacher always told me that the question is not whether you could sue or not because you could sue anytime you want. the real question if you could win if you do sue. you can't do nothing about weather because odviously they don't control that. you could call them and tell them about what went on and they may give you a voucher or something. i doubt if u sue you are going to win.
4. It would be fruitless to sue ... shi* happens. Usually, though, if you complain directly to head office with all the details they likely will give you a discount fare for your next flight with them. That is, assuming you want to do that. Good luck!!
