Delta Fares

Does anyone know if Delta Airline offers personal TV screens in each seat on international flights? Thanks?

I am traveling with a three and a one year old, and need to know if Delta offers those built in TV screens. It would be so much easier to keep the children in their seats on a 9 hour flight. Thanks so much for you help. Jana

  1. By the way it looks like they do. Try this http://entertainment.delta . Contact them directly by phone or email to ask them so you can make sure its available on that particular flight. Although you will find most have some sort of entertainment on board weather is one up the front or individual ones although i have seen most of the individual ones. Or you could purchase a portable DVD player (I'm sure you could fine one cheap enough.and some may have built in games. That way you could bring their favorite age apposite DVDs Have fun
  2. i think that depends more on what air-plane your on rather then what air line you fly. From my experiance, only the newer planes like the 777 have the built in TV, but depending on where you are flying to, (i have never seen a 777 fly from usa to china personally) it might be hard to find one. however, almost all flights have in-flight movies, so if you could find them a seat closer to the screen (in a 747 it's either the middle front in each "section" or the sides close to the front of the "section") btw SOME movies you might find inappropreate for kids, but they usualy dont go over PG-13 rating.
  3. Go to seatguru.com and it will give you the lay out of every plane and it will even give you which best seats to sit at and also where all the videos are located and including phones if available.
  4. when flying to Paris from Cincinatti (sp?) they did for a friend of mine. but they were on an Air France plane, so If you are on a delta plane it could be different but unlikely
