Delta Fares

Anyone ever check onto a flight through a Kiosk with Delta Airlines?

How does it work ? I have an e-Ticket. I know you have to check in 24 hours in advance.... My flight is on Wednesday. Thanks

  1. No, but I've used the Continental Kiosk. They are pretty much self explanatory. Plus, there will always be a Counter Agent there since they have to check your ID.
  2. You do not have to check in 24 hours in advance, although you do have that option online. With an E-ticket, when you get to the airport, go over to the Delta Airline kiosks, and usually there are people to tell you where to go. Anyways, you type in your name usually or swipe the credit card that purchased the ticket (name usually works) and or the confirmation number given to you, and print it out! Then the lady or man behind the counter checks your ticket and ID and does your checked luggage information. Very simple.
  3. Yes, I have used a Delta kiosk. There is a scanner port to scan your e-ticket scan spot. It is very simple to use. It will give you bag tags and all. You can also check in at home prior to going to the airport and go to the kiosk to get your bag tags. Agents will assist you and take your baggage. Regards, Dan
