I am in the process of applying for the Delta Reservation Specialist position in the call center. I filled out a short questionnaire and took a personality assessment online. This was late Friday. I was sent an e-mail which said a Delta Recruiter would contact me via e-mail for the next steps. The e-mail directed me back to the website to do the personality assessment, but it did not mention anything about completing anymore application work. There is a long application on the site for "flights attendants and all ground personnel". I would not think "ground personnel" applies to the call center, and I was not told to complete a longer application. Is "ground personnel" referring to the call center as well? Thanks!
