I told a Delta I was interested in her organization, did that hurt my chances of joining?
I recently expressed to a member of Delta Sigma Theta my interest in her organization, after she told a mutual friend to have me get in touch with her. Now a lot of the members are aware, they know me and speak when ever we see each other. It just kinda makes me nervous, about my chances since its no longer a "secret."

- No. They know, which shows you reallly want to join. Even if they don't get you in now, you can always apply for membership AFTER college as a professional/adult member. One of my friends didn't pledge in college b/c she was a non traditional student. SHe's a legacy, & was offered the option of joining as a professional member (sicne she's out of college now) Good luck.
