Delta Airlines Question!!?

ok i am takin a flight soon on the cjr200 and the delta 767-300 and i checked on delta.com and it said NO PORTABLE TELEVISON SETS but i have a portable dvd player that i would like to bring and i checked on other peoples question about what to bring they said dvd player but why can't i bring one? stuff i was thinking about bring: 1.my special teddy(im only 12 and i wont be with my mom-this is my first time to fly so im nervous) 2.a blanket(no telling how the blankets they give you have been used by or for) 3.portable dvd player 4.cd player 5.book 6.magazines 7.nintendo ds 8.bottled water(little ones) 9.uhh..dvds and cds

1. i think you can bring one... i dont see why you wouldn't be able to.
2. I am not sure about the dvd player... I have flown delta in the past and had one, but the rules are changing constantly. If it is a longer flight, and even some short ones, you will have access to movies or tv shows on flight. You will not be able to bring your water bottles or any other liquid.
