Delta Fares

What are Delta check-in times for domestic and international flights?

I'm flying Tuesday from Dublin through JFK to Boston, and back two weeks later. How many hours before my Dublin-JFK flight does check-in open at and then close (considering it's an international flight), and then the same for my Boston-JFK flight on the way back (considering it's a domestic flight)? Thanks!

  1. Look on your ticket, it should be there. If it's not then phone the airline. A contact number will be on the ticket. Ian M
  2. You can check in 24 hours in advance. Remeber you are supposed to call Delta 72 hours in advance to make sure your seat is there. =)!!! Have fun!!!
  3. Here - I found this on Delta's site: https://www.delta.com/traveling_checkin/itineraries_checkin/requirements/ I hope that was what you're looking for - check-in times vary from airport to airport, especially with security wait times to consider. I'd checking in at least 2 hours before your flight for international flights, more if the airport is a very large/busy one. For domestic flights (from JFK to Boston), check in at least an hour beforehand, preferably an hour and a half. Have a great trip!
