Delta Fares

Alaskan Airlines "Board Room" question?

I recently purchased a first class ticket on Delta.com (Fare class A, and Very reasonable in comparison to the price of a coach seat) Any ways the first leg of my journey is actually flown on Alaskan Airlines, and that's where i check in etc. Would I be allowed access to Alaskan Airlines "Board Room" since i have a first class ticket even though it was purchased through Delta? I guess more importantly, would the receptionist have any clue how I got the ticket if im holding on to a Alaskan Airlines first class boarding pass?

  1. if you have a first class ticket that says 'alaskan' on it you'll be allowed in.... i used my american express (some special colored one or something) from my company to get into ALL lounges associated with delta which includes alaskan, northwest and continental. all these airlines are intertwined on the same flyer programs and run 'code-shares' with a codeshare it doesnt matter what it says on the boarding pass, it's the same flight just under a different number the worst they can do is just tell you that you can't get it- it's worth a try anytime!
  2. First, it's ALASKA Airlines. NOT Alaskan Airlines. A 1st Class Alaska Airlines Ticket Holder An MVP Gold Member A BofA Card Member As a guest of someone who can go into the Board Room
