Delta and Northwest are in merger. What do you think is a good name for the new combined airline?

Competition, there you go out the window! Or will airlines start getting merger fever? Anyway, I vote for 'Northelta' or 'Deltest', but what do I know from airlines? Such a scary concept might as well be called 'North By Northwest'. Wait! wait 'Detest! yeah, that's the (e)ticket!

  3. Thats not good to hear..I always fly Northwest because they always have the cheapest airfare. Delta usually has one of the highest. I bet the prices will go way up now.
  4. Some people think that airfares will go up, this may be true but with the oil price, prices would go way up anyways. They are keeping the name Delta since they are the ones buying Northwest but if I have to choose a name it would be DNW.
