Delta Fares

Delta Interrupted Flight Voucher. Can I use it with other Skyteam Members?

I have a $400 voucher from Delta that I want to use this summer. I have been searching for low fares, but most of them have not been too good or even below $400. Some Skyteam members such as Northwest & Continental have decent rates. Can I use a Delta voucher on their websites since they are all part of Skyteam?
