i want to bring back my puppy to senegal from usa?

hi everybody i'm in usa just for vacation and one of my friend gifted me a puppy 2 months old it's a labrador retriever and i would like to go back in africa with the puppy i would like to know how it happens with the customs and delta airlines at the usa airport how much it will cost to carry him as a carry baggage i'm going to senegal thanks

You will need to get an international health certificate from a veterinarian in the USA within so many days of the flight. Give yourself plenty of time to get everything done because sometimes the country you are going to requires strict testing that takes a little while to do.
