Did anyone else stumble upon this and find it incredibly lame? (Lawyer sues Delta for ruining family vacation). I read the story, and while that is a large inconvenience, I think they are making WAY too big a deal out of it... I mean come on, "Suffice it to say, Mr. Roth's elderly mother was a mess. And she has been suffering ever since. The kids are all upset. And it was Christmas Eve." ... what does that even mean? -__- So I ask you: 1- Do you think it's worth suing over? 2- Do you think the guy will win?
