Toronto Airport Express to downtown Toronto?

Hello, I need to get to Ryerson University from Toronto Pearson Int'l Airport. So, I'll take the Toronto Airport Express bus. I was planning to get off at the "Delta Chelsea Inn" stop. But according to Google Earth, the "Bond Place" stop is nearer. Is it? I want to double check with a Torontonian. Thanks in advance.

1. no, delta chelsea inn stop is closer, for sure! its about a 5min walk, across yonge then straight down gerrard east to get to ryerson
2. Katie's right, and it is a quicker way to, the Bond Place hotel is south at Dundas St near the Eaton Center. Just exit the bus go east as Katie's said through the intersection at Yonge St, and then to Church, I am not sure were the admin office is they have expanded since I was living in that area back in the 1970's, I worked in the area for 8 yrs at various hotels.
