How do I express my interest in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. when they are not on the yard at my University

1. This will depend on why there is not currently an active chapter. If the chapter has been suspended (you can find this information on the National Website) then there is simply nothing you can do until that sanction has expired and the chapter is granted active status once again. If this doesn't happen while you are still enrolled, then you can set your sights on Alumnae Chapter membership. If the chapter is inactive for other reasons, such as low membership or there has never been a chapter chartered at your school, you should begin with your Student Affairs office to learn about the possibility of reactivating/working to bring a new chapter on your campus. Finally, although your school doesn't have a chapter of it's own, it may be covered by a city-wide chapter - your Student Affairs office should also be able to help with this, but you can also find this information on Delta's National and Regional websites.
