Would you recommend getting a Delta American Express credit card simply for the miles?
I already have two cards that I'm trying to pay down. I love to travel, a free flight every year would be cool though. Decisions, decisions.

- The interest on that tends to be reasonable, the annual fee can be a little high, if you can transfer your two credit card balances to it and if the miles don't expire it's not too bad, then just do away with one if not both of your other credit cards, don't risk over-extending yourself and ending with more debt than you can use.
- I would think that the savings you would get from not paying high credit card interest would more than likely off set those miles and the money you save you could put into a savings account and every year take an even better holiday.
- I recommend getting out of debt and forgetting about the miles. Getting a CASH discount will save you more than the miles ever will.
- If you fly exclusively on Delta, it might be a good option. But this card has a very high interest rate (18.24%); plus, you'll be limited to one airline. You might consider a more 'generic' airline credit card like the Chase Freedom Points Visa. This type of card with give you alot more flexibility-- and you'll be able to fly on any airline you choose! You can find this, and other great airline mile credit cards here: http://www.asapcreditcard.com/airline-mile.html Hope this helps. GOOD LUCK!
