Delta Fares

For your toddler, which would you use and why?

I am doing a short trip from Utah to California and will be flying. I've always gone with Southwest because their fares are cheap and the plane rides aren't bad. I saw this morning that Delta has the same flight for the same price. I haven't been on a Delta flight in a lonnng time. I know that Southwest is kid friendly and if there is room, I can give my daughter a seat. I'll be taking her on my lap since she's under 2, if there is not an extra seat. Is Delta kid friendly? Would you go with Delta or Southwest and why?

1. i would just go with the tried and true no need to take your chances and possibly end up having a bad experience
2. Delta has one of the highest customer complaint rating. Plus you have to pay for checked bags with Delta, with Southwest you get 2 for free.
