- the canadair is 2 on one side and 1 on the other side. the MD-88 has 3 on one side and 2 on the other side. And no there is no entertainment systems on the back of the plane. Those are offered on the A320 aircraft.
- CANADAIRS JETS ARE CRJ'S WHICH ARE SMALLER PLANES THAT ARE SEATED ONLY 2 IN EACH ROW AND THE MD88 ARE ONE SIDE 3 SEATS AND THE OTHER SIDE 2 SEATS
- A Canadair 700 jet has two rows with 2 seats in each row, MD-88 is having two rows with 3 seats at one side & 2 seats at other side. MD-88 does not provide any entertainment facility. for more details follow the link http://www.cheapticket.co.uk/information.aspx
- MD-88 which is I guess similar to MD-90 which our company is using, there is no entertainment in this A/C, LCD's are hanging above the overhead console and its being used to show safety and precautionary measures video during emergencies.
- The Candair 700 is 2 seats per row on each side of the plane. The MD-88 is 3 on one side and 2 on the other. You can go to http://www.seatguru.com to find out which seats are decent and which ones to avoid. The MD-88 most likely would not have the entertainment systems on the back of the seats since they are for shorter distance routes. I suggest you bring a book, magazine or iPod.
