After reviewing your request, regrettably, we are unable to open an account for you at this time for the following reason(s): We have been unable to obtain your consumer credit bureau score from the agency(ies) identified below. You have previous credit inquiry records reflected in a report obtained from Teletrack Consumer Reporting Agency. i dont understand why i was denied

  1. You must be a deadbeat with bad credit.
  2. I don't either, but I think credit is really tough to get right now. I've never heard of Teletrack.
  3. Try contacting the credit bureau and see what's up with your credit, there could be a problem you don't even know about.
  4. AMEX is cutting back big time on their credit available to customers. My wife and I used 1,000 of our tax refund to trim down on our debt some more and they promptly turned around and lowered our credit limit. I have many friends who have similar stories.
  5. Its says it right there ... "We have been unable to obtain your consumer credit bureau score from the agency(ies) identified below." They were unable to pull your Bureau. No bureau, no decision. Did you fill out the application in full? Did you add your SSN (even though you do not have to, it helps pull more info on you)? As for teletrack ... they used that to determine your previous inquiries... if you had to many, or multiple over a short period of time, you look like a credit seeker and that is a serious red flag against you. So from there end ... you have a guy (you), with potentially no credit (because they cant pull the proper bureau) and who is credit seeking. What to do? Contact them if there is a # ... otherwise you are SOL
