Do I have to pay for a second suitcase for either delta airlines or american air lines?

How much baggage is allowed on a delta flight without fees and then on an american airlines flight without the fees?

1. Both Delta and American allow 1 big carry on like a stroller plus a personal item like a computer bag or purse free. For discounted fare passengers who do not belong to their elite air miles program, every checked bag will be charged. The airlines will start charging the 3rd piece of luggage for every passenger including those with first class tickets. Go to their websites and look for their baggage policies for exact fees, dimensions and weight allowances.
