Delta first class check-in question?
I am flying to California next week and have a first class ticket on Delta flights, however since the first leg of the trip does not have a first class section, I will be in coach. When I check in, can I still use the first class line? And will I be able to check in two bags with no charge (since first class is allowed two but coach is only allowed one)? Thanks.

- Yes, you will still get all the perks of a first class ticket.
- Yes.. if any part of your ticket is first class, you will get all the same airport advantages of any first class.
- It is the fare basis that governs your baggage allowance, not the class of service that you are actually sitting in. Go ahead and use the first class check-in. You have paid for it. Regards, Dan
- Elle Since the first leg of the trip does not have a 1st class section you are not likely flying from a hub. If this secret airport doesn'tt have anything but commuter flights, it is not likely to have a first class check-in. If there is use it, but dont show up expecting one as it may not exist.
