Delta Fares

which should I use for the flights I take with KLM? Flying blue or Delta Skymiles?

I am totally confused. I am going to take a flight with KLM but don't know which point program I should use. I am a member of both Flying blue and Delta skymiles but don't have any existing miles with them. Please help me choose the better one.
