United or Delta for international flights?
I'm flying from Houston to Seoul in a few months, and I've found great deals on flights.. however, I can't decide which airline to take. United and Delta are both pretty much equal in price, and I have no experience with flying on either one for an international flight. Has anybody flown both? If so, please tell me which you prefer and why. Thank you.

- Delta. United is cheap on Transpacific routes. Delta has improved service on international routes during the past three years. I would fly Delta or Korean Air if I was flying to Seoul.
- Honestly, I would do neither... But considering you have a price limit and all (Recession..etc.), I would definitely take Delta, as I have never flown with United. Delta is great overall, just the typical AMERICAN carrier...
- I would prefer Delta over United even though these airlines are about the same in my opinion. The seats between the airlines are the same in pitch and width and the food on both airlines was ranked as pretty bad by passengers according to a USA Today survey. A question to consider is if you are a Continental Airlines frequent flier. If you are, Continental is teaming up with United so if you fly to Seoul, you may earn Continental Airline miles. This is important if you are collecting miles to save up for a free trip. If you are willing to pay extra, United does have Economy Plus where you get 5 inches of extra legroom. This raises the ticket price a bit but if you are a tall person, that can make a difference especially on a long flight.
- I have flown Delta and it was a great flight....I've been told by my boyfriend who travels a lot internationally that United's fleet of planes is not that great....so I would choose Delta
