What air line is safest and economical efficient. . Delta, American, Virgin, Jet Blue?

I need to buy ticket for my daughter to fly in June from east to west coast Thank you for your time

1. I'd choose Virgin America flights any day, but just so you know, their cross-country flights only depart from Washington and New York. Then, I would pick the remaining ones in the order of jetBlue, Delta, and finally American.
2. All four of those airlines do and United has a lot of east coast to west coast flights as well. I like JetBlue. However it depends on where your daughter is flying. If it is to Los Angeles, JetBlue does not fly into LAX, the most commonly used airport there. They fly to all the surrounding airports. I have heard good things about Virgin America but I do not think they have as many transcontinental flights as the other airlines.
