If Delta merges with NWA, what will happen with the NWA-KLM partnership?

Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines have recently merged. Well, before this happened Northwest Airlines and KLM (Royal Dutch Airlines) were partners. What will happen to this partnership once Delta and NWA merge?

1. KLM is a part of SkyTeam. Which is a group of airlines in alliance. Similar to OneWorld and Star Alliance. Delta is also a member of SkyTeam, and IIRC the only thing changing ,for now, on northwest flights is the livery and flight number. Search "skyteam" for more info.
