What Airline is better?

I have been flying United Airlines with my family and we are all Preimer but the last flight I was on they "lost" my reservation. Also can I transfer my Permier status over to a new airline?

1. I know that you can interchange Luftrhansa and United because they are partners.
2. I don't know about transferring the status. I just wanted to comment that Delta airlines is great. My husband and I fly them whenever we go away. The flight attendants are great and the staff always try to help with what you need.
3. A lot of airlines will match your elite status. Usually you can find out on their web site or by contacting their frequent flyer program line. Usually you will just have to fax over proof that you are elite with United and they will give you elite status on their airline as well. Good luck!
