Need help to sue United Airline!?
Dear friends here,I think I dsperately need you help.I was illtreated by United Airline. I bought a rounf trip tickets from them, but on my way back they transfer me to AirChina, which I agree. Before I go I have checked with UA to make sure about everything. When I was at the airport, I was told there is no seat, no reservation for me.Besides, it was midnight, the superviser of UA even refuse to rearrange me a plane and no hotel arrangement either that night. I thought I would like to sue them to let them at least make apologies. If there is a lawyer or who are familiar with such kind of things, please do me a favor to let me know who I should turn to help. Thank you. please help me.A ppreciate your kind heart.Thank you.

- this happened to my friend. he was booked to go to taiwan and they said there was no seat for him on the stop off in sydney.he just went to a local lawyer. i think any other lawyer or solicitor will recomend another one who has been in that situation
- They must give you food vouchers and any money you needed for that delay/change thing. If they didn't, sue them and contact a lawyer. Also, post messages on all airline sites and inform the media if you can, and tell others to boycott the airline. Don't fly UA Again!!!
- there are many airlines out there that wants ur business and many more that can flight into asia or else where. hope ur next travel experiences will be more pleansant. hang in there!
- why did you agree to get transfered to AirChina in the first place? Thats the main question. If you were over booked, and you were transfered to Air China by United You would have been re-issued a ticket to garauntee a seat. It is your own fault that you agreed to transfer. It sounded like you did a verbal agreement. Before you agree verbally you need a confirmation ticket or paper from them before getting off the plane you were in. If it wasn't verbal they would have given you a ticket or a confirmation letter prior to even letting you off of the plane. Honestly it sounds like you missed your flight. If you feel like suing United Airlines get a lawyer and make sure all your facts are right. Good Luck.
