Requesting schedules for United Express and want to make reservations for two.?

We have two free ticket vouchers (UAL) to use for r/t travel from Rockford, IL (RFD) to Phoenix, AZ (PHX) via DEN. Need flight reservations as follows: Depart RFD 4/5/06 Flt.6614 to DEN Arrive PHX 4/5/06 Flt.1449 Depart PHX 4/12/06 Flt. 1478 to DEN Arrive RFD 4/12/06 Flt. 6687 These would be on United Express Airline Names: FenwickE. Lind Theresa Heinrich Need confirmation asap for planning purposes. UAL has not been helpful at all, and this "free ticket voucher" has every appearance of being a scam. We volunteered giving up our seats to Fla. last year in return for r/t domestic travel.

1. The ONLY way you can get this resolved, is to get a customer service agent at United to help you. You must speak with a supervisor if you cannot resolve the issue with an agent alone. If you must, go to the airport ticket counter and present them with the vouchers so they can validate them for use and provide you flight coupons. If you are travelling under the terms & conditins associated with the vouchers and they have not expired, UAL will honor them. I think yu have just encountered a really stupid agent. Call back and try again. (More often than not when I call UAL, I get an agent that is in some foreign country who is just brain dead.) Try calling their local number if at all possible so you are routed to an agent in the USA. BTW- "United Express" is simply a brand name that several different, independant airlines use who are contracted out by United Airlines to provide feeder service. For eample, you could be flying with Mesa or Skywest on your journey. Neither is owned by United.
