Question about international flight Delta airline from LAX to JFK to Bucharest Romania?

1) If the flight leaves at 6:20 am around what time should I be at LAX, knowing that I am a Romanian citizen and not and American one? 2)Do JFK terminals have plugs in the waiting area? 3)How is the food/flight on Delta airline? Details please! Please also add how the entertainment is on flight. By the way, I'll be flying in economy class/coach.
