I have a compliant about Yahoo Travel. I was scheduled to fly out from LGA NY July 1st at 7:30pm Delta. I confirmed the flight earlier that day to check status everything was fine as of 10am. How ever they would not let me check in. I reached the airport at 6:15 only to find out there my flight had been canceled earlier that afternoon due to the weather. I received no call or email alerting me of this. So I made a trip to the airport for nothing the earliest flight would leave the next day at 6am connecting to Atlanta and then connecting in Jax at 10:30am the only direct flight was at 4pm. I believe this was un professional and unacceptable when I called your customer service after being on hold for about 30min finally I got some one that had no answers and only said I'm sorry. I'm very upset with the service. I'm a frequent user of yahoo travel and this has made me think twice about using your sight. This is unacceptable and even though Yahoo Travel did not cancel the flight I believe at least a call or email should had been sent when the airline contacted them.I'm not a happy customer and I hope you can remindy this occasion.
